HI PEOPLE!!!!
My favorite movie is by far the best in the world. I don't say it simply because I'm a fervent fan, I say it because it simply picks up different elements that make it a masterpiece.
This film is called the pianist which was filmed in 2002 directed by Roman Polanski and with Adrien Brody nominated for an Oscar as the main actor. The film begins in an unshortened way which creates bonds with the characters since most of the scenes did occur in real life which gives a powerful message of the cruelties of the holocaust and of life itself.
There is a scene that marks me too much (which I do not think is a spoiler) is when szpilman hides for a long time in a sector where there are only ruins, only survives based on crumbs or garbage that he finds. He lives in a type of house or hospital and lives in the meal. One day he feels that a car arrives and a general gets off. That general finds him but not because I look for him but because he made a noise with a can he had in his possession. He is stunned thinking that he would die and never see his family but, what happens is that the Nazi general tells him who he is? what did I do? he tells her; "I am a pianist" There is a silence and the general says to play on a piano that is in that room. Szpilman take his time due to fear and other factors and play chopin Nocturne No. 20 perf. Seeing that scene I start crying.
I´ve never seen this movie :( but it sounds really interesting and it´s the kind of movie I like, on my vacation I´ll take the time to watch it
